deugro is pleased to announce the release of its Sustainability Report 2025, reaffirming the company’s commitment to transparency, responsible business practices and continuous improvement.

Built on the foundation laid with deugro’s first Sustainability Report in 2024, it reflects the ongoing integration of sustainability across the organization.

The Sustainability Report 2025 provides a transparent and balanced overview of deugro’s approach to key sustainability topics, highlighting achievements, progress, challenges and areas for further development throughout the year. Sustainability at deugro continues to be structured around three core pillars—Principles, People and Planet—demonstrating how sustainability is embedded into global operations and day-to-day decision-making.

Under the pillar “Principles: Governance and Integrity,” the report outlines how deugro further strengthened governance structures, compliance frameworks, ethical business conduct and information security in an increasingly complex regulatory and geopolitical environment. Particular emphasis is placed on enhancing transparency, accountability and organizational resilience through robust internal processes and the use of external frameworks and standards.

The pillar “People: Social Responsibility” highlights deugro’s continued commitment to its employees. The report covers initiatives and progress related to health, safety and well-being, as well as investments in mental health support, learning and development, inclusive workplace practices, and employee engagement across regions.
