deugro opens new office in Lindø, Denmark

Mar 30, 2026

Continuing on its course of growth, deugro is strengthening its presence in Denmark with a new setup in Lindø within the Port of Odense. The site comprises 28,000 square meters of storage space inside the port area and offers dedicated manpower, handling equipment for large components and a newly established deugro office. The facility will support port handling and storage operations for components and other oversized cargo for the wind industry.

“The new facility strengthens our Renewable Supply Chain solutions and creates a strong operational base close to key manufacturers and project sites. It helps us deliver simple, practical and scalable support for our clients,” says Peter Alstrup Haubro, Head of Renewable Supply Chain at deugro.

Daily operations at Lindø will be led by Ricky Bartsch, Project Coordinator at deugro, who brings strong local expertise and is well known to many clients and partners in the area.

“I’ve been part of operations at Lindø for many years, and I’m proud to continue that journey with deugro. We aim to keep things simple: safe handling, clear communication and dependable service for our clients,” Ricky Bartsch comments on the opening.

This expansion marks another step in deugro’s long-term commitment to supporting the wind industry with focused, capable and future-ready logistics solutions.

“Lindø is a key hub for the wind industry, and establishing our presence here positions deugro to play an even stronger role in supporting the region’s energy transition. By combining local expertise with our global network, we are creating a robust platform to deliver integrated, future-ready supply chain solutions for increasingly complex wind projects,” says Lars Aarestrup Sørensen, Senior Key Account Manager at deugro.
