CPaT Announces Strategic Partnership with AVCON

CPaT Global, the world’s leading provider of distance learning for the airline and aviation industry, today announced a strategic partnership with AVCON DWC LLC, a Dubai-based consulting firm that provides customized solutions to the global aviation industry.
