CMA CGM update for Port Congestion Surcharge in Benghazi, Libya

Considering the improvement of the current congestion in Benghazi, Libya, CMA CGM is to revise the Port Congestion Surcharge as follows:

From all origins

To Benghazi

  • Equipment: all sizes (20'/40'/45') & types of containers (dry/reefer/special equipment/OOG)
  • Amount: USD 35 per TEU
  • Application date: June 16th, 2020 (except ex-Brazil: from July 16th to August 30th, 2020)
