Oct 13, 2021

CMA CGM has announced that its AMERIGO service (connecting West Med to the US East Coast) will temporarily stop calling Savannah due to severe congestion in this port (8-10 days) and in order to protect schedule integrity & weekly sailing frequency.

A new call at Charleston will be inserted in the rotation and Savannah shipments will be directed to Charleston.

The first sailing impacted will be m/v CMA CGM LA TRAVIATA voy. 0MR9TW1MA, ETA Algeciras on October 31st, 2021, ETA Charleston on November 27th, 2021.

The terminal called in Charleston will be Wando Welch Terminal (WWT) on Saturdays, which mirrors the current Savannah berth window.
