Following significant meteorological conditions in the Mediterranean, leading to days of congestion and closures of the port of Mostaganem CMA CGM SSL Intra Europe announced the implementation of a port congestion surcharge in Mostaganem as port of its RORO Sud France Algeria service linking Marseilles to Mostaganem:
