CMA CGM Intermodal | Burkina Faso by Rail via Abidjan - Inland Emergency Surcharge Revision

The congestion and operational constraints that previously affected cargo destined for Burkina Faso by rail have improved, although they are not fully resolved. Consequently, CMA CGM will be reducing the Inland Emergency Surcharge quantum.

Effective Date: December 1st, 2025 (Loading date) until further notice.

Scope:

- Applicable to all cargo bound for Burkina Faso via Abidjan

- Mode of transport Rail

- Quantum: € 350 per container (previously € 700 per container)

- Applicable when the intermodal segment is performed by the Carrier

- Same payment terms as the rail move
