FAK Rates - From the Indian Subcontinent to Latin America

Please find the new CMA CGM Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates (*) applicable as follows from March 15th, 2026 (gate-in date):

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

- Origin range: From the Indian Subcontinent

- Destination range: To Central America and South America West Coast

- Cargo: Dry & Hazardous cargo

- Date of application: March 15th, 2026 (gate-in date in the origin ports)


These rates include the Basic Ocean freight and the Bunker-related surcharges. They are subject to THC (origin & destination), Peak Season charges, Safety & Security-related surcharges which are available at https://www.cma-cgm.com/ebusiness/tariffs/charge-finder. Other charges and local charges may also apply.
