CMA CGM emergency PCS in Douala, Cameroon

Port situation in Douala, Cameroon is currently increasing our operation costs. CMA CGM will therefore implement the following Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge [PCS] for cargo bound to Douala until further notice as follows:

    •    From worldwide
    •    To Douala, Cameroon
    •    All cargo dry, reefer, OOG, breakbulk
    •    Effective February 15th, 2020 (Bill of Lading date), except for FMC trade subject to filing
    •    Payment: Prepaid in addition to Ocean freight
