CMA CGM Asia to West Africa Central Range service update

Feb 09, 2026

CMA CGM has announced a significant upgrade to its ASIA to WEST AFRICA Central Range service coverage.

CMA CGM is introducing a new structure for its WAX services, which will now be divided into three dedicated loops, two new services - WAX1 & WAX2 - complemented and enhanced by the existing WAX3 service.

This strategic reconfiguration reflects the market growth dynamics in the region and underscores CMA CGM’s commitment to delivering superior service through schedule reliability, reduced transit times and increased capacity. The new structure enables us to better cater to the West African Central Range markets while maintaining seamless connectivity.
