CMA CGM Announcement: Rate Restoration Initiative 3 (RRI03)

CMA CGM is announcing the following Rate Restoration Initiative 3 (RRI03) for cargo from North Europe and Mediterranean ports of load to US East Coast, US Gulf Coast, US West Coast, Canada and Mexico ports of discharge and all inland destinations reached via said ports effective March 1st, 2024.

RATE RESTORATION INITIATIVE 3 (RRI03)

Effective March 1st, 2024, unless otherwise specified, a RATE RESTORATION INITIATIVE 3 (RRI03) will apply to tariff or service contract rates for all cargo moving under the scope of this tariff.

From/via: All ports of load in North Europe including North France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, Poland, Baltic, Portugal, Spain (Bilbao, Vigo, Gijon) + All Mediterranean ports including Malta, France (Fos/Marseilles), Italy, Spain (Algeciras, Valencia, Barcelona, Sagunto), Adriatic, Black Sea, North Africa, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Morocco excluding Egypt

To: USEC, USGC, USWC, Canada and Mexico Ports and all inland destinations reached via said ports

USD 600 per 40' (all types, OOG excluded)
USD 600 per 40'HC (all types, OOG excluded)
USD 600 per 40' (reefer types)
USD 600 per 45' (all types, OOG excluded)
