CMA CGM Announcement: Freight adjustment - from West Africa to Algeria

New regulatory constraints applicable to cargo bound for Algeria are any possibility to transship or transit cargo in Morocco. This situation is unfortunately resulting in extra costs.

CMA CGM will implement a Freight Adjustment Charge (FRT68) applicable as follows:

From February 15th, 2024 (loading date) until further notice:

- Origin range: From all West African ports

- Destination range: To Algeria

- Cargo: Dry & Reefer

- Quantum: EUR 250 per TEU Dry | EUR 350 per TEU Reefer

- Payable with freight
