Mar 18, 2026

Further to the Advisory #6 regarding the implementation of an Emergency Fuel Surcharge, the fuel market has experienced a significant surge driven by escalating geopolitical tensions in the Near and Middle East. As a result, CMA CGM would like to inform you that the EFS quantum that took effect on March 16 will be revised as of March 27, as follows:

These revised amounts for the EFS will take effect from March 27, 2026 (based on loading date), subject to regulatory approvals where required, and will remain applicable until further notice. Until then, the amounts currently in place, as detailed in Advisory 6, will apply.

Thank you for your continued trust. CMA CGM remains committed to supporting your supply chains and maintaining a high level of service.
