Change in chairman of the Board of Directors

Cargolux would like to announce that Mrs. Christianne Wickler, has decided to step down from her position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cargolux Airlines International S.A. at the Annual General Meeting of the company, to be held on 26th April 2023.

Mrs. Wickler’s decision to vacate her position is due to her decision to devote more of her time to her business activities, considering the current challenging economic environment.

The company wishes to express its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Wickler for her dedication and commitment as Chairman of the Board of Directors and to the airline.

Accordingly, the shareholders have unanimously decided to propose the appointment of Mr. Tom Weisgerber as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Board of Directors meeting to be held, after the Annual General Meeting, on 26th April.
