CenterPoint names new West Region SVP, investments

CenterPoint has named Pete Williams its new West Region senior vice president of investments. He’s based in the firm’s newly opened Manhattan Beach office.

Williams joins CenterPoint from LA-based North Palisade Partners, where he sourced acquisitions throughout California as vice president of investments since 2021.

“Pete’s well-rounded industry experience in investments, as well as a deep knowledge of leasing and the California entitlement environment, too, will be invaluable as we evaluate more high-quality assets to add to our Southern California, Bay Area, and Seattle portfolio,” said Bob Andrews, CenterPoint’s executive vice president, head of West Region.

“Thanks to CenterPoint’s leadership for entrusting me to help Bob deliver the most functional logistics solutions on the West Coast to our customers,” said Williams. “I’m excited to get to work building on what’s already a well-regarded portfolio among the brokerage community,” he finished.

Before North Palisade Partners, Williams served as director in the investments group at American Realty Advisors, responsible for sourcing and executing direct and joint venture investment opportunities in the Midwest and Southeast.
