CBRE names Director of U.S. Industrial & Logistics Research

CBRE announces the addition of Amanda Ortiz as Director of U.S. Industrial & Logistics Research. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate research experience, Ortiz will partner with national and local teams to deliver market intelligence initiatives, provide thought leadership and drive competitive advantage through research strategy and analytics.

Ortiz previously served as National Director of Industrial Research at Colliers International, where she demonstrated her passion for public speaking, presenting at more than 40 events throughout her three years with the firm. Her thought leadership has also been featured in numerous publications.

Ortiz began her career at The Staubach Company (now JLL) before moving to Cushman & Wakefield as an analyst. She climbed the ranks to manage research for the Chicago office and serve as co-lead of the U.S. industrial research team.
