Bonduelle selects RELEX strengthen global integrated business planning and end-to-end supply chain transformation

Mar 13, 2026

Bonduelle Group has selected RELEX Solutions to support its global end-to-end supply chain planning transformation. The partnership will strengthen Bonduelle’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by connecting demand, supply, production, distribution, with financial integration across its canned, frozen, and fresh portfolio.

The agreement follows RELEX’s successful collaboration with Bonduelle Americas in the fresh segment. Building on that foundation, Bonduelle’s Group headquarters selected RELEX to deploy a unified planning platform across its broader international operations.

Operating 113 distribution centers and managing approximately 10,000 SKUs, Bonduelle runs a complex supply chain shaped by harvest seasonality, shelf-life constraints, semi-finished goods flows, and multi-plant capacity management. To improve short-term planning agility and decision-making , Bonduelle will replace fragmented tools and manual processes with a single, AI-enabled, connected planning solution from RELEX.

RELEX will provide accurate demand signals and enable structured Risks and Opportunities management within Bonduelle’s IBP cadence. By making gaps in service, capacity, inventory, and cost visible earlier in the cycle, the solution will help align operational, commercial, and financial plans around one shared view of the business.

“At Bonduelle, we need to have a single, intelligent planning backbone that transforms the way we steer the business – unifying demand, supply, agro-industry and finance into one forward-looking systems that sharpens our predictability, accelerates decisions and powers the next generation of our IBP Process” said Nathalie Morandière, Group IBP Director.

“This initiative is part of our Transform to Win plan and supports our B Corp™ commitments and broader transformation agenda, where operational efficiency and sustainability go hand in hand,” said Helmi Bessaies, Group Chief Digital and Transformation Officer at Bonduelle. “By moving to a unified platform with greater automation and structured scenario management, we aim to improve agility and strengthen the reliability of our plans in a volatile environment.”

“Bonduelle operates one of the most complex food manufacturing networks in the market,” said Stefano Scandelli, SVP Sales EMEA, General Manager, Manufacturing Business Unit at RELEX Solutions. “Expanding from our work with Bonduelle Americas, where RELEX has delivered proven value in the fresh segment, to a global rollout reflects the results already achieved and the Group’s confidence in deploying RELEX at enterprise scale.”
