Bond partners with Onfleet to offer customers a more efficient full-service fulfillment solution

Mar 17, 2021

Bond, the post-purchase company, is partnering with Onfleet, the fastest-growing provider of last mile delivery management software, to provide a full-cycle, customizable e-commerce platform for customers, large and small.

Businesses expect a full-service fulfillment experience, including flawless, fast delivery that gives them complete visibility every step of the way. However, current enterprise options often lack a full suite of services from the backend to fulfillment, business-specific customizations, and last-mile fulfillment capabilities that impress customers. Combining their strengths into a joint customer offering, Bond and Onfleet solve those issues and give companies alternatives that will allow them to compete in e-commerce as never before.

Bond’s partnership with Onfleet pairs Onfleet’s market-leading last-mile delivery platform with Bond’s AI and ML-driven fulfillment and inventory management network. The latter ensures that the deliveries are significantly faster than competitors while also enabling predictive supply insights regarding where local businesses should expand their operations. Additionally, joint customers will gain access to additional services and capabilities, such as on-site white-glove assembly and eco-friendly fulfillment options for orders in urban areas.

“Our partnership with Onfleet enables us to be one of the very few to offer a full-cycle solution for companies, and by combining our strengths, we offer superior speed, customization, and end-to-end fulfillment experience,” said Asaf Hachmon, CEO and co-founder of Bond. “It’s a big deal in a market dominated by Shopify, and it’s an even bigger deal for companies that have struggled during the pandemic and will now be able to seriously upgrade their ability to achieve growth.”

“The increase in online shopping and delivery habits is here to stay. If businesses want to remain competitive, they’ll need to find a way to step up their fulfillment and delivery capabilities to keep up with demand,” said Khaled Naim, CEO and Co-founder of Onfleet. “By partnering with Bond, we are providing companies with a seamless, end-to-end post-purchase experience that takes the guesswork out of fulfillment and delivery, saving businesses valuable time and money so they can focus on growing their operations.”
