BlueBox Systems gains new customer with KLog.co

Feb 06, 2024

BlueBox Systems, one of the leading developers of intelligent air freight tracking solutions, welcomes a new customer for its state-of-the-art air freight tracking programming interface: KLog.co, a digital freight forwarder based in South America who provides end-to-end visibility of shipments in real-time. Thanks to the API solution of BlueBox Systems, KLog.co can offer its customers even more accurate data regarding cargo tracking. After Delpa and Weport, KLog.co is already the third customer of BlueBox Systems in South America.

"With KLog.co as a new customer, we are strengthening our presence in this market," says Martin Schulze, CEO of BlueBox Systems. "South America is definitely on the rise." Mordor Intelligence, a market research company, estimates the value of the South America freight and logistics market at 171.78 billion US-Dollars in 2023. By 2029, the volume is expected to increase by about 30 percent up to 223.02 billion US-Dollars.

"As the most digitally advanced freight forwarder in Latin America, KLog.co prides itself on offering unparalleled shipment visibility and accuracy. Our choice of BlueBox Systems' state-of-the-art air freight tracking API is a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence," says Janan Knust, founder & CEO at KLog.co. "Their solution seamlessly integrates with our operations, enhancing our real-time tracking capabilities and reinforcing our position as a leader in the digital freight forwarding space.”

More than 4500 customers trust the all-in-one-platform for shipments of KLog, including well-known customers like Wrangler, Hugo Boss and Telefonica. KLog.co has more than ten years of experience in the business, with bureaus in Chile, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and in the USA. More than 100 agents are working for the company worldwide.

KLog.co is now using BlueBox Systems' air freight tracking programming interface, that enables the company to integrate BlueBox Systems' tracking data of more than 130 airlines, 1600 airports and about 40 million status updates per day, to name some examples, into their own platform. Through the API solution, both applications can communicate independently and exchange data in real time – like ETA changes or delays, for example.

Furthermore, this advanced API solution ensures end-to-end data security. Only authorized parties can access and utilize the shared information, safeguarding sensitive cargo details and maintaining the integrity of the supply chain.
