Avison Young tapped as exclusive leasing agent for new class A distribution center in Charlotte, NC

Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has been exclusively retained by IDI Logistics to lead leasing efforts for Nevada Logistics Center, a 164,358-square-foot (SF) class A distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina. IDI begins site work for the development, which is pursuing LEED Certification, on July 8^th with delivery anticipated in Q2 2026.

Located at 2620 Nevada Boulevard near the I-77/Westinghouse Boulevard interchange, Nevada Logistics Center’s prime location offers access to an established workforce, rail connectivity, extensive amenities, and proximity to major thoroughfares (I-77 and I-485), Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and the Charlotte Business District. Neighboring tenants include FedEx, FritoLay, TJ Maxx, Tractor Supply Company, Ross and other high-profile companies.

Avison Young Principals Henry Lobb, Chris Skibinski, and Associate, Will Hendrick, are leading leasing efforts on behalf of Atlanta-based IDI Logistics.
