Avison Young tapped as exclusive leasing agent for new class A distribution center in Charlotte, NC

Jul 07, 2025

Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has been exclusively retained by IDI Logistics to lead leasing efforts for Nevada Logistics Center, a 164,358-square-foot (SF) class A distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina. IDI begins site work for the development, which is pursuing LEED Certification, on July 8th with delivery anticipated in Q2 2026.

Located at 2620 Nevada Boulevard near the I-77/Westinghouse Boulevard interchange, Nevada Logistics Center’s prime location offers access to an established workforce, rail connectivity, extensive amenities, and proximity to major thoroughfares (I-77 and I-485), Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and the Charlotte Business District. Neighboring tenants include FedEx, FritoLay, TJ Maxx, Tractor Supply Company, Ross and other high-profile companies.

Avison Young Principals Henry Lobb, Chris Skibinski, and Associate, Will Hendrick, are leading leasing efforts on behalf of Atlanta-based IDI Logistics.

“Nevada Logistics Center will deliver a class A product for distribution, manufacturing and assembly users that need shallow bay, rear load capabilities in a central location within the Stateline submarket,” said Lobb. “The building is being built with the option to be demised or to operate as a single tenant facility, offering flexibility for a variety of users.”

“This is an irreplaceable, infill location and one of the last remaining developable sites in the Stateline submarkets in Charlotte,” said Nick Faber, Market Officer for IDI Logistics’ Southeast Region. “The location of Nevada Logistics Center is in a very mature and well-located industrial corridor and is highly attractive for regional distribution due to its proximity to I-77 and the airport, as well as the dense labor market. This acquisition for IDI Logistics reflects our commitment to expanding in prime markets and maintaining our dedication to exceptional quality and service.”
