Arnoux hired as Vice President, Operations for NT Logistics

The transportation management and logistics service company NT Logistics, Inc. has hired Seth Arnoux as Vice President, Operations.

Seth has spent the last 17 years as a leader in the transportation and logistics industry. He is a specialist at driving out waste and inefficiencies in all processes of the supply chain with an emphasis on integrity, continuous improvement, and fiscal competence.

“Seth firmly believes that our success, above all else, starts with our people and makes it his priority to stay engaged while also listening to our team,” says Lynn Gravely, President and CEO for NT Logistics. “We’re pleased to have Seth join us to improve how we create efficiencies for both shippers and carriers.”

Prior to joining NT Logistics, Seth began his career at C.H. Robinson where he became fluent in all modes of transportation. He then went on to work for Oldcastle APG, where he was tasked with successfully integrating and leading the change management process of recently made acquisitions. Simultaneously, taking on the challenge of completely revamping and building a new supply chain solution for the state of Texas, resulting in a large reduction in transportation costs as a percent of sales. Seth also has extensive experience in building a turnkey freight brokerage from the ground up as he provided strategic leadership and accountability for Velocity Transport, which went on to be acquired by GEODIS, a global 3^rd party logistics company.
