Alterra IOS, a prominent player in the industrial outdoor storage (IOS) sector that has acquired over 300 sites nationwide, today announced the acquisition of four IOS properties totaling 34.9 usable acres in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The parcels include 8738 Forney Road in Dallas; 2260 Market St. in Garland; 7050 Jack Newell Blvd. South in Fort Worth; and 2420 113th St. in Grand Prairie.
