IAG Cargo appoints new Chief Financial Officer

IAG Cargo has appointed Lewis Girdwood as Chief Financial Officer, effective today, March 1, 2017.  Girdwood joins the business from EasyJet, where he was Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. With over 25 years of financial experience, Girdwood joins the IAG Cargo leadership team and will play a key role in delivering the carrier’s business strategy. During his seven years at EasyJet Girdwood successfully delivered a number of business critical projects, including the 2013 fleet acquisition of the next generation airbus NEOs, enabling EasyJet to grow scale and become the UK’s largest airline.
